Well I had to go grocery shopping at Wally World so I cut the treadmill down to 45 minutes.
No breakfast, just wasn't hungry.
Lunch was a cinnamon raisin bagle with turkey and cheese sandwhich and some Peppercorn Ranch Sun Chips
Dinner will be Chicken salad.
I need to get my wifes points calculator and actually figure this stuff out, instead of just posting it..........
Oh, for the guacamole lovers out there, Wholly Guacamole makes 100 cal. snack packs!!!!!
