Aug. 3rd

Well I had to go grocery shopping at Wally World so I cut the treadmill down to 45 minutes.

No breakfast, just wasn't hungry.

Lunch was a cinnamon raisin bagle with turkey and cheese sandwhich and some Peppercorn Ranch Sun Chips

Dinner will be Chicken salad.

I need to get my wifes points calculator and actually figure this stuff out, instead of just posting it..........

Oh, for the guacamole lovers out there, Wholly Guacamole makes 100 cal. snack packs!!!!!

Diet cake "awesome"

Here is a recipe for diet cake.........it is really good.

any dry cake mix
12oz diet soda (any kind)
2 egg whites

mix together and cook as directed

We used strawberry cake mix, diet 7up, and lite cool whip for the frosting.
Cover with sliced strawberry and lightly sprinkle with sweetner of your choice.


A lot of the ones online call for chocolate and diet cherry coke. Use whatever combe you like.

July 29th

No gym this morning. I'm beat today.

Breakfast was strawberry yogurt cheerios and a banana

Lunch was a ham, lettuce, tomato, cheese sandwich. Lite mayo

4 bottles of water so far today, 2 cups of coffee.

Dinner will be baked tilapia fish tacos. I hope they come out good.
I will post the recipe if they are. Cross fingers please.

Tomorrow will be 1 1/2 hours on the treadmill to make up for today and the hotdogs and beer I'm going to have at the baseball game tomorrow night.

Today July 28th

Started off with a 3 egg, turkey sausge omlete. 2 cups of coffee with just a dash of creamer.



I pretty much drink water all day. When I do drink soda it's caffine free diet Dr. Pepper.



Lunch was 2 tilapia fillets baked with lime juice and blackened seasoning and a 1/2 cup of steamed rice.



Dinner tonight will be a honey ham sandwich on wheat, lettuce, tomato, cheese (2%) and light mayo. And some Sun Chips.



Tonya, are ya'll using the weight watchers point system??????



Workout consisted of 1 hour on the treadmill walking at 4 MPH. Bad knee makes it hard to run. Will start weights in a few weeks after shoulder has some rest. Medium weight with high reps.



Goals are to be about 185 with lean muscle. I can get there, I just have to stay on it and go everyday.



Must add my snacks for the day. 1- Banana
1-100 calorie guacamole pack with chips and salsa
